The subject property comprises of 2no purpose-built temperature-controlled warehouse distribution centres with associated office accommodation and amenities.

Both distribution units utilise the same form of construction and are similar in nature, typically comprising of an on-grade concrete slab, steel portal frame, precast concrete dado walls and profiled metal wall and roof coverings. Building P1 was constructed in 2014 and has an approximate floor area 19,200 m² (excluding canopy). Building P2 was constructed 2018 and has an approximate GLA 25,550 m² (excluding canopy). Provide a written technical report and 10-year CAPEX incorporating: building structure and fabric, building services, BCA Compliance and environmental due diligence.
